jaynuine fd369f6801 variable expansion uses local minishell env 
replaced getenv call to env_get, and made shell environment accessible
from get_state(), for use in variable expansion or anywhere required

also fixed double quoted variable substitution
which required whitespace between the variable's name and the closing quote
